Can’t wait to make you feel & look beautiful 🤍 There’s a $40 dollar deposit due at the time of booking for ALL LASH APPOINTMENTS & $100 dollar deposit for ALL PMU APPOINTMENTS. MUST BE 18years or older to receive pmu services (ID REQUIRED). Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE & goes towards your service. Deposits must be sent before appointment is approved. • located in Speedway IN. Address will be sent when deposit is paid If you don’t see a date or time that works for you please send me a message and I can work with accommodating you into the schedule. After hours are available by request. ( after 5pm $25 fee ) Sunday appointments $40 extra I don’t work over other lash technicians work, a removal will be required. Refills must have 40% of lashes remaining. Cancellation Policy

• PLEASE be on time for your appointment, after 10 minutes your appointment is cancelled & you lose deposit, another deposit must be made to book again. • If you need to reschedule please do so within 48 hours of your appointment or you will be subject to a cancellation fee & lose your deposit. After 1 rescheduled appointment your deposit will be forfeited.
